Superior category extra virgin olive oil produced from organic farming from olive trees of the Casaliva, Leccino and Gargnà varieties, in one of the most enchanting areas of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, cared for according to the most genuine tradition. The olives, harvested by hand, are pressed within 24/48 hours.The oil is cold-extracted in a modern continuous cycle plant. Organic Turnaria , from the Latteria Turnaria , is an oil with excellent qualities that contains a very high number of polyphenols that counteract aging.
Organoleptic characteristics
On tasting the olfactory scents are confirmed. Good balance between fruity, bitter and spicy and a delicious persistence that leaves a final note of sweet almond in the mouth.
